My personal data that I shared with Fitobiyota Health Laboratory Biotechnology Food Cosmetics Industry and Trade Inc., in its capacity as data controller, Fitobiota Health Laboratory Biotechnology Food Cosmetics Industry and Trade Inc. Regarding processing by Phytobiota Health Laboratory Biotechnology  I have read the "Food Cosmetics Industry and Trade Inc." Personal Data Processing Information Text and I am adequately and comprehensively informed about this text.

My personal data will be processed by Fitobiyota Health Laboratory Biotechnology in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and related legislation, limited to the purposes stated under the heading "Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data" in the "Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data", and in accordance with the "General Principles" specified in Article 4 and the "Conditions for Processing Personal Data" specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.  I consent to the processing of my data by Gıda Kozmetik San. Tic. A.Ş., and, when necessary, to the transfer of this data to legally authorized natural and/or legal third-party institutions and organizations for processing by Fitobiyota Sağlık Laboratuvar Biyoteknoloji.  Gıda Kozmetik San. Tic. A.Ş. and/or its subsidiaries and their subcontractors and franchisees, Fitobiyota Sağlık Laboratuvar Biyoteknoloji  Food Cosmetics Industry and Trade Inc. and/or Fitobiota Health Laboratory Biotechnology  I hereby give my explicit consent, of my own free will, to the transfer of my personal data by Gıda Kozmetik San. Tic. A.Ş. and its affiliated centers and/or units to its business partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party institutions and organizations, both domestic and/or foreign, with whom it has contractual service agreements or collaborations in any field, in accordance with the conditions for the transfer of personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data).
