Usage: Mix one sachet in 200 mL of water and take before meals (on an empty stomach). Recommended for ages 11 and up. Can also be added to room temperature/cold daily food.
Dosage: It is recommended to use 2 sachets, one sachet in the morning and one in the evening, for a total of two sachets per day.
