Directions for Use: It is recommended that children aged 4-10 years take one scoop (5 mL) daily with meals, and adults aged 11 years and older take two scoops (10 mL) daily with meals. It can also be used by adding it to room temperature/cold daily foods.

Dosage: It is recommended to use 1 or 2 doses, one dose in the morning or morning and evening, after meals, once or twice a day.
