Usage: It is recommended for use after meals (full stomach) for ages 11 and up.
It can also be used by adding it to room temperature/cold daily drinks/foods.
Dosage: It is recommended to use 2x1, one measuring spoon (5 mL) in the morning and one in the evening, for a total of two measuring spoons (10 mL) per day.
Storage: 25° C and below room temperature.
